Working with the Local Community
As a business with roots in Sydney, we actively back local suppliers and artisans. Our menu is built on produce from the surrounding region, and much of our decor comes from Sydney artists.
We feel a responsibility for shaping the standards of Australia's hospitality and entertainment scene. We offer placements for young culinary talent and training for croupiers, and love sharing our knowledge and passion.

We're planning to expand our events side and introduce new recurring formats where dining and strategic play come together. We intend to stay ahead by always offering more than just food and games.
